Description of Collaboration: 

The inaugural 2017 cohort of the Community Engagement Fellowship Program of the American Association for the Advancement of Science is creating and plans to submit for publication "10 Simple Rules for Engaging a Scientific Community". The 10 Simple Rules series provides a quick, concentrated guide for mastering some of the professional challenges research scientists face in their careers. The series was established in 2005 and is published in a PLoS journal.
